Here are 4 simple steps you can take to make your plans run smoothly!

1. Have your budget.

This is so important! We want you to have your showstopper dessert, and we need to be realistic about the cost and details.

2. Schedule a tasting consultation.

These are scheduled 2 weeks in advance and include 6 flavors of your choice. Tastings start at $65. Complete our form at the bottom of the screen to get started.

3. Finalize your dessert style.

As a general rule of thumb, we recommend you start planning at least 5 months in advance.

4. Pay your save-the-date deposit.

A 35% of the total invoice “Save-the-Date” deposit is required for us to place your order and reserve your event date / time. The Save-the-Date deposit is subject to the refund policy described in our Terms & Conditions.

FAQs

What does a tasting and consultation look like?

This is a chance for you to experience our delectable flavors, ask us all of your questions, and really dive into your design! We take pride in educating our clients on food, and our process. After your consultation, we will follow up with our quote, special details of your day, rentals and services, and your replica one year anniversary dessert.

Tastings start at $65 and give you any 6 items from our menu. This allows you to experience classic, vegan, and gluten-free vegan items if you have family or guests with specific allergies.

If you are out of town and can’t schedule a tasting, not to worry. We suggest scheduling 15 minute phone consultations, these are absolutely free and can be scheduled here

What’s included in the price?

For all weddings and large events, we include delivery*, set up, personal sized boxes for guests, and 1 large box for the couple/host. We make it easy for you and your coordinator.

*Delivery is priced within 25 miles radius of Madison Tn. You will be charged $1.50 for every mile outside the radius.

What allergies do you accommodate?

Currently, we offer classic, vegan, and gluten free vegan options. We truly believe in a dessert for everyone and take pride in offering our community convenience with fun and exciting flavors. We’re accepting orders for sugar free and soy free as custom orders, these are in the testing stages and require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time.

How do I tip?

Gratuity is always appreciated. You can tip on any of your invoices or POS at markets. If you prefer to tip after your event you can:

  • Schedule a time to drop off your hard cash tip to Chantall

    Be sure to state the event name and date so that staff can be tipped. 

Should we keep our topper for our one year anniversary?

We take the time to recreate your dessert for your first year together. This allows you and your loved ones the freedom to not have to maintain the cake after the celebration and while the couple is on their honeymoon. While a common tradition, more and more couples are feeding the whole cake to their guests and ordering their anniversary dessert later. Additionally, unfortunate circumstances, such as a power outage, outdated freezer, moving, and or even an overfilled freezer can cause damage to your cake. Couples will either order their anniversary cake when they order their wedding cake or we follow up with them later. Ultimately, we believe fresh is best.

How many people can I bring with me to our tasting?

We suggest no more than 3 people as our sample sizes are 2-3 bites, and our space is intimate. For example, you can bring yourself, your partner, and one other special person.

Do you have alternative dessert options?

Yes, we have other options to fulfill your dessert style.

Have your cake, and eat your pie too! That’s our motto. Check out our menu for the Sweet Graze Charcuterie, cake shooters, pavlovas, and more. We have had couples start the process of a cake, only to find out they are not cake people, and want the cake cutting moment. You can still have that special moment, and make it yours!

How do I pay?

We use Square so you know all of your personal information is safe, and we do not share it with anyone. We accept all credit cards, ACH, or Berries n Cream Bakery gift cards.

If visiting us in person, such as the markets, we accept credit cards (tap and chip), cash, CashApp, and ApplePay. 

When are final payments due?

Standard orders: 72 hours prior to delivery

Custom and large orders: 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date

Weddings and Catering Events: 30 days prior to the scheduled event date

Do you offer additional services? 

Yes, we offer a variety of services to assist with your event. We want you to be smokin’ hot on your special day, not a hot mess. 

One Staff Member: $320 for a minimum of 4 hours. This allows them (or a loved one) the freedom to enjoy the celebration and make memories.

Included: Replenishing, maintaining a clean table for picture worthy photos, breakdown, clean up, and rental return if applicable.

Rentals: We have a variety of choices to fit your style. Contact us for pricing catalog.

Do you offer corporate catering?

Absolutely! Let us know if your employees or clients have allergies, or if you don’t know that’s ok too. We’ll put together a bundle of treats that are sure to win them over.

What about recurring scheduled meetings?

Not a problem, we can set you up with a recurring scheduled invoice where you can safely save your payment and delivery information. We will take care of the details for you.
